   I like the third photo the best – seems more compact yet with better structure if that makes any sense at all

   Really nice scenes you have there. :) I think the first photo is quite overdone in photomatix (?), you can see that best in the clouds where they become flat grey.
   The other two are better processed and would probably work best printed large and put on wall. Wish I could see them bigger though. :)
